"Very poor post-purchase experience"
No phone support, an extremely slow website that regularly times out, and an unreasonable process for gifting tickets. To change ticket names you must resell tickets back to yourself, incurring additional undisclosed fees. The lack of upfront transparency around costs and the inability to speak to a human make resolving simple issues frustrating. I would not have purchased tickets via this platform had these limitations been made clear.

I had to ask for a refund after my plans changed at the last minute, and I was expecting it to turn into a whole thing. At first I did feel a little ignored while waiting for a proper reply, but Ticketfairy got back to me quickly after that and explained what they needed from me.
The money showed up back in my account a few days later, with no chasing them down or dealing with weird excuses. It ended up being way simpler than I expected, and I appreciated that. I’d use them again just because the refund didn’t become a headache.

"A complete disaster"
My experience was an absolute disaster. The concert was canceled, and since then, it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. The ticket company seems to know very well how to take your money, but not how to give it back. All I’ve received are empty promises, delays, and excuses — but no refund. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if this is just a scam. Avoid them if you value your time and money.
